Has anybody else noticed that Ebay is down today?   AuctionWatch, PayPal, and Ebay all seem to be missing in action. Access to their sites simply times out, and I have cable access so that does not happen much to me.   Good thing I make my living on Ebay.   Anyone with any insight, I would welcome a clue.   Bright Blessings,   Mark M.
