I just finished reading an excellent book by Edward Bryant, called "Tsunami: the Underrated Hazard" Chapter 8 is entirely devoted to ocean meteorite and comet impacts, and the geologic evidence for same. Fascinating reading, informative but not so technical you have trouble with it. Highly recommended.
