Hiya Anyone who writes a tirade like that ain't no professional... I also noticed the misspelling of the word "patience" too. I'd call her bluff! With a rant like that I think she'd better have some REAL evidence - surely someone with such proported qualifications would have answered in a more constructive style ie listing some analyses or data.
