Hi there, Now I know that Mr. Norton lurks this list, but I just wanted to thank him for a great new book! I have just started delving into it (I only got it today) and also to thank his missus and contributors (should have guessed you'd be in there, Bernd!) for making a superb volume I'll treasure and overuse for ever!
