fall!
After many years of touring the world, the Peekskill Meteorite car is
now available for your purchase consideration.
The impact of the twelve and a half kilo H6 chondritic meteorite into
the back of Ms. Michelle Knapp's parked car on the evening of October 9,
1992 is the best known
meteoritic event of modern times. Everyone has heard of the "car that was hit
by a meteorite."
The car is COMPLETE, as it was purchased. The gas tank is NOT
included, as it was not with the car when it was origionally bought. The car
is owned by Al and Iris Langheinrich of Langs Fossils and Meteorites
(www.nyrockman.com).
The Nature Source is very proud to have been contracted to
