Just for grins, I did a search for "S. Ray DeRusse" on Altavista. If he is as well-published and respected as he seems to think he is, I should find at least a couple of articles, either peer-reviewed or not. NOT A SINGLE HIT CAME UP. This guy is flying WAY below the radar. Or he simply is full of frass-ite.
