Personally, I like the idea of having a gold shirt with a copy of the small logo.  I also like the idea of having a plain white t-shirt with a similiar logo on the front as well as a copy of the large version on the back.  I know there are places on the net that can do custom shirts too. Sorry Rhett, gold does not look good on everybody, unless you are talking about the metal   :-)    I would vote for white or deep blue (like a night sky).  And I would much prefer one smallish logo on the front-left, and nothing on the back.
