[meteorite-list] Spanish Meteorite?

Hello Everyone,   I have an astronomy textbook (Voyages Through the Universe, Fraknoi, Morrison, and Wolf, 1997) in which a meteorite is reported to have struck a car and the driver.  On page 275, the text reads:   In June199, Jose Martin and his wife were driving from Madrid, Spain to a golfing vacation when a fist-sized meteorite crashed through the windshield, bounced off the dashboard, broke Jose's little finger, and then landed in the car's back seat.   Does anyone have any information about this meteorite?   Best wishes,   -Walter ----------------------------------------------- Walter Branch, Ph.D. Branch Meteorites 322 Stephenson Ave., Suite B Savannah, GA  31405 USA www.branchmeteorites.com
