Hello everyone!  I have some happy news to report about the infamous pahanaswife/bubbamisen/j.c.z.inc/homolovi on Ebay.  I finally heard back from my credit card company this morning and the charge of $188.00 has been credited back to my account!!  :))   The claims person said that she appreciated all the information and photos I sent, and she wished all claims had supporting paperwork like that.  She also said that the offender has 60 days to submit a rebuttal, and then added "but after they read the letter I sent I doubt you will have any problem."   Needless to say I am quite relieved and happy about all this.  And I would like to again thank each and every member of this community who offered comments, suggestions, words of wisdom and moral support.  In preparing my information for Visa I used many sources and suggestions provided by members of this list.  Although thanks are in order to many of you, may I send a special thank you to Ron Hartman for providing me with a wonderful letter, which I believe was the "last nail in the coffin" so to speak.   Hopefully, the next 60 days will be uneventful and this will be the end of it!  I'll keep you all posted and thank you again.   Best Wishes Jeannie Devon The Museum Store/The Nature Source Anchorage, Alaska www.thenaturesource.com IMCA #9236
