A 2900 g complete Canyon Diablo fragment belonging to the
Geological Museum, University of Copenhagen has been stolen
from a temporay dinosaur exhibit at the Experimentarium:

The specimen is very elongated (26x8x5 cm) and has a 3x1.5 cm
polished and etched surface on one of its ends. It was labelled
1949.91
The Experimentarium offers a DKK 20000 (ca. 2650 US$) reward
for the recovery of the meteorite.
