Hello Members Sorry for offtopic, but I really need help. Today I received my VISA Clasic card. I want to make seller account on Ebay, but I receive Error :((
Something like this: Credit Card Authorization Failed! Credit Card Account Number : 4655-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Expiration Date : Dec-31-02 Your credit card has been declined. Why ? I dont think, that Poland is any "end of the world". Than why Ebay can't verify my Visa card ? Maybe they don't accept any credit cards from east and central europe yet ????? I search on ebay help service, any email to they, but I dont find any. I dont know how to contact with eBay.
