Hello all, I was putting fresh dessicant packets into my meteorite collection box last night when I noticed that a few of the lamellae on my beautiful Toluca slice were beginning to push out. There was no visible rust on the surface but obviously some nasty stuff happening underneath. This piece has one of the most beautiful etch patterns I've ever seen on any iron. Is there anything I can do halt the subsurface rust without destoying the etch? Thank you for any advice you might have. Bob
