Dear List Members,

We are going to the Denver show and hope to meet a few of you that we have not met in person yet. My brother, Greg, and I will be helping Blaine Reed and therefor will spend a lot of time in his room at the Holiday Inn ( Rm # 224 ).  Blaine will be offering meteorites from our collection.  The following is a partial list of material that will be available:

Whole oriented stones
Ordinary Chondrites: LL,L,H and breccias
Completely crusted Bensour stones
Carbonaceous Chondrites: CR,CV and COs
R Chondrites
Eucrites: 3 different types
Diogenite
Martian Orthopyroxene-bearing Nakhlite (NWA 998)
Martian Shergottites (DAG 476) and (NWA 1110)
Martian Olivine-phyric Shergottite (NWA 1195), first time offered to the public
Lunar highland breccias (DAG 262) and (DAG 400)
Lunar original lunar crustal example (NWA 482)
Giant Gibeon: "The Gator" - 53 kg(117 Lbs.)
Giant classified stoneys
and much much more...

We will be answering questions about NWA 998 (unique Nakhlite) and NWA 1195 (the most primitive Martian lava yet discovered).  We will also be displaying the NWA 1195 planetary main mass.  If you are there, you should try to see this main mass before it is cut to satisfy the scientific community.  For insurance reasons we will not be able to display our NWA 482 or NWA 998 main masses.

We may try and sneak out another rare main mass for public viewing before it is cut anymore.  This main mass represents the rarest of all classifications in private hands.  This is the only one in the private sector and it weighs less than 40 grams.  It is by far the hardest type sample to acquire.  Sorry for the suspense, we just found out its classification a few days ago and want to savor the moment.

Best regards,

Adam and Greg Hupe
