The most common white inclusion you will find in meteorites is a CAI, or calcium-aluminum inclusion. Allende meteorites are notorious for being chock-full of them. They are some of the first things that (theoretically) crystallize out of the proto-stellar dust cloud, and are regarded as being good indicators of what things were like way back then.
