in the Bud!)

Matt sure nailed that one! As everyone knows, there is absolutely no
market for,
nor collectors of, meteors or meteoroids. What we collect and hunt
absolutely
has to have, preferably, fusion crust and some shock and weathering in
order
to assign grades for those attributes. Picking these rocks from space
before they
have fallen to earth is sort of like picking the buds off flowers, or
picking green
tomatoes, or some such. It just ain't right!

Having actual meteors to study and collect would throw our whole system out
of whack! Just think of the turmoil that would be caused just trying to
name one
of the rascals...could be worse than some of the NWA's.
Ex: Outer Space, Left of Saturn in August #9 ???

DOWN WITH METEOR COLLECTING!!! ;-)

Well, if I could go ANYWHERE to collect, I'd go to the asteroid belt!
Why? Travel in space and collect FRESH specimens :-)
