A very happy and well-fed Thanksgiving to all. Here there is no turkey, the dinner-of-choice will be ham, with garlic smashed potatoes, corn, salad, roasted garlic bread (I'm snitching a bread maker for the da, can you sense a garlic theme here?) and Okinawan sweet potato pie with haupia topping and shortbread crust. Mmmmmm...
