On my map Kilabo is a village about 65 km northwest of Hadejia, Nigeria. Expedia (http://www.expedia.com) has a map program where you can find this. Click on "maps" on the menu bar. Since the newspaper article says that Kilbu is 65 km northwest of Hadejia, I would expect that they might be the same town.
No doubt Steve has a meteorite on the way. It strikes me that odds are slim that two meteorites would fall in the same village at the same time. I am curious what the classification of Steve's meteorite is. That could increase the coincidence even more. I don't think that classification location says much about whether it is the same or not.

The KILABO meteorite and the HADEJIA meteorite are two different meteorites. The HADEJIA was classified in new mexico, and the KILABO was classified here in chicago. That is the fact, JACK!
