Mark, On my outlook.. plain text is found under format along with html. Mine wa sset for html and I did not know, so I set it to plain text. But sometimes it goes back and I have to check it.
Outlook does not give me the KB of a message like I get on my hotmail accounts.. so.. I did not know I was taking up a lot of space. Sorry. Anyway.. that is how I changed it on outlook. I do not know how to change it on the other accounts.
