Okay, I think I fixed it. I did the suggestions the MSN customer service told me to do and that didn't help. So I updated to the new MSN which had the option of text e-mails. The old MSN version did not and did not like Outlook express.this one doesn't like Outlook either but they are suppose to be working on that. I would much perfer using Outlook. I plan on leaving MSN soon so I didn't update a month or so ago when this new version came out.
Strange.when I did the suggestions MSN suggested..not only did it not work.it added a signature of spam to the e-mail.figure that one. Thanks for your patience and for the helpful minded e-mails.
