Folks,

The reason I didn't mention (nor recommend) the method described below
by Lars is because that method changes the formatting for ALL of your
outgoing emails. Most reasonably modern computers have way sufficient
storage space and processor/software capabilities for handling html format
(also known as 'rich text format' [.rtf] in the email software.)

I use and enjoy the html capabilty for all my email except where circumstances
require the use of plain text (mostly for conserving mail server space, as is the
case with MeteoriteCentral, or if required to communicate with users who
have very old computers that are not html capable.)

The normal default for the email format in a modern pc is 'html'. If you
should choose to change all of your outgoing email to 'plain text' (not
recommended by me) please contact me off list and I'll supply you with the
method (similar to what Lars described below) for English version email
software.

Good Night,

Jerry

PS... Didn't mean to turn this into a computer forum, but it is relevant even
though 'off topic'. Maybe these tips will help in the long run. Anyone having
trouble with their email formatting settings is more than welcome to contact
me off list for what little help I might be able to provide. jw
