This message was forwarded to me: The Trial for stealing NASA's Lunar and Meteorite Samples has been delayed until April 1, 2003. Today, the Federal Judge in Orlando, Florida accepted the request from the lawyer for Gordon McWhorter to delay the trial until a date in the future. The request was based upon the defendant not being able to receive a fair trial because of all of the NASA publicity regarding the Columbia accident.
