It is my fervent wish that those Listees and IMCA members that so quickly and
tenaciously call for the heads of anyone of us that even remotely is suspected
of "missleading" or "witholding" information when announcing a find, even when
such actions are not venial and harm no one, would show the same prosecutorial
zeal and find the means to stop this fraud from continuing to injure the
innocent purchasers of his offerings and damage the reputation of the
organizations he uses to imply the authenticity of his "meteorites".

Certainly, a complaint to those wolves of enforcement at the IRS and the FBI
over the hands of METSOC and IMCA should put some heat on this guy. What he
does appears to violate laws regarding charitable donations, mail fraud, etc. I
tangled with him last year and his response was a public and personal attack,
but he did stop his eBay offerings until he put into place a cunning scheme to
fool them and the casual questioner.

Regards,

Count Deiro
IMCA 3536
