With that said, there is a website called Heavens Above (if you do not know
about it you can Google it.)

You can sign in and input your coordinates and it will give you times and
the path of UARS.

Be advised that in these last final stages of its orbit, the orbit starts to evolve so fast that predictions on an orbit even a few hours old will not provide correct times. Differences between predicted and real pass times can be many, many minutes, increasingly so closer to re-entry.

Therefore, keep a watch for an extended period around the nominal predicted 
time.
