I agree with Greg as I have seen this effect thousands of times. If you look closely it even follows the curve of the lens surface. It is simply a reflection from a bright object. add a few frames and you make it look like it goes behind the building. They use lens flash as a special effect in lot of movies. cheers Steve Dunklee
