Hi Paul - Pretty much nuts on, but I my estimate is that it not was the "receding ice sheet" that led to the sedimentary deposits - more likely it was a massive freshwater discharge. Given the fishing in the area, and Canada's other oil deposits, it will be interesting to watch how the oil around this one is handled -
