It looks like a clast of some sort right above the penny. It is interesting that somebody thinks they can simple throw a find on eBay without any sort of verification, blurry images and get 3/4 of million for it. Maybe he is in some kind of a hurry before it is claimed like the Old Woman was in California. He was smart by bee-lining out of there, especially if dealers and researchers were scampering over it as was stated in the auction.
