I wanted to make everyone aware of the scammer JOE KERCHNER. As you can see
below I paid him $60.00 for a Mifflin on April 16th. I have yet to see this
purchase. I have contacted him numerous times on here, email and FB but all
I get are excuses from him and now he won't even respond. He told me he
gave his sister the money to mail my package and she kept the money and
never shipped it. He found it in her car. He then told me he shipped it and
it was returned undeliverable. He didn't even have my correct address on the
package according to the info he gave me. I gave him my CORRECT address and
have heard NOTHING from him since. I have posted numerous nasty responses to
him on FB but he has not responded to that either. Mirko Graul also
mentioned to me that Joe has scammed him too at the same time. He also tried
to sell Gary Fujihara the same stone I was buying I think, according to what
Gary said. I tried to be nice to him and paid him with Paypal 'gift" so he
wouldn't have any charges but realize to my stupidity I have NO RECOURSE to
have get my money back. I guess I just chalk this one up to lesson learned,
and know who I am dealing with in the future. That $60 is
gone........................
At this point I don't know that there is anything I can do but kick his ass
if I ever see him. Maybe my friend at the US Marshall's Service can help.
