Examining impact shattercones at the Kentland meteorite crater:

A working quarry is mining the central uplift at the center of the crater. The limestone layers are raised up about 1800 ft. above the surrounding layers from the force of the impact. The 4.5 mile diameter dome makes the quarry possible as the bedrock in the area is covered by a thick layer of glacial till. As far as I know, it's the only meteorite crater containing an active quarry.
