There are still very inexpensive used copies available through amazon, which will help out those of you overseas who wrote me about purchasing a copy using paypal. This is a book about impacts, and most of them were cometary, so sorry, but it is not a meteorite hunting guide. Despite its hundreds of pages of small type, not enough pictures, and too many typos, it is still the best guide to the effects of impacts on the First Peoples. Also, the First Peoples' histories it contains are not easily available, and many of its readers use it for reference. all the best - E.P.
