A) between Bruno, and only Bruno and UPS exist a contract that moment,
as he had overhanded the crate for transport. From there on,there is no
third party beside the custom and UPS , who do have the title for an
access to the crate.
B) If someone consider to be an honesty man and might think the right is
on his side, why he replace the crate with asphalte? To be willing to do
it, he is also be willed to bring in consideration to harm UPS. Not only
cheating Bruno, he also have cheat UPS and stolen goods for transport
from them.
