One can not just walk up and "give" a meteorite to the US embassy. None of this story makes any sense. Furthermore unless he has a receipt, he would have nothing to file a claim. He also would have some trouble since that was more than 20 years ago! Like I said, Nigerian scam of some sort. Funny though. I'll sell him a nice Mbale for only a few million and call it a day.
