Sean and List, If it were obsidian as I first considered the conical shape is a problem for me. Conical-shaped of this character are so uncommon that a single specimen would be considered very rare, but the guy has three. Also note that he has conical corals offered also from Patagonia. I have several thousands of tektites and have handled 10s of thousands so I think that I can be a fair judge on this. The surface features are very atypical for glasses.
