Most CK meteorites have no FeNi metal but magnetite instead. This shows that CK chondrites are highly oxidized. Of course, magnetite is strongly magnetic! DaG 275 (CK4/5), for example, is one of those CKs that Peter refers to, as it has trace amounts of FeNi metal.
