Hi Listees, Lord Sir Pratchett's sword. Pratchett already held a title and was granted arms by the Queen's Garter Knight of Arms. His knighthood has nothing to do with holding a hereditary title, but he used the honor to set off a bit of publicity and a reason to make the sword.
