Dear List, After reading the messages that are stated below I felt compelled to respond myself.  It is not my intentions to step on anyone's feelings but I felt I needed to say something about this subject, because I  threw in monies to go for this gift as well.  I did this because of the fact that I think it is cool that this site is up and running and its a small way of saying thanks to Art for all he has done.  Now, I too question and wonder why we haven't heard of what has come of the monies and the gift.  Did he like it?  Half the fun of pitching in on a gift for someone is seeing their reaction.  When I read the messages posted below, I got the feeling that were being told we are rude for even asking.  I am sure this was not Mike's intentions but it felt the same to me.  I am hoping we hear something soon.                 Sincerely,                        Rex     Hi Mike,            When do we get to see Art's Birthday present for     which we all sent you money?  Have you sent it to him     already?
