If more of us reported all the fake meteorites and tektites listed on Ebay along with using the eBay Concierge service to call and report a seller to a live Ebay assistant or use the chat feature to report fake items it would greatly help toward weeding out the untrustworthy sellers. As far as I can see on Ebay the majority of fake meteorites and tektites are being offered by Chinese sources. I see this FAKE meteorite problem as a growing thing on Ebay since it just begets itself with each new bogus listing. Someone see's a bogus listing with a fake meteorite photo and now they think there "rock" is one too, so they list it on Ebay. Help the hobby, report all the fake meteorites and tektites you see offered on Ebay. If enough of us take the time to do that it would go a long way.
