Hi When I look at the page for NWA869, on The Meteorite Market homepage it say: "The slices on this page have been cleaned to show their petrologic features."
How is this done ? And the brown color usualy covering the faces of many meteorite-slices, is that a result of oxidation from the atmosphere on this planet ? (rust?)
