Greetings Listees. As I was just recently
communicating with a well respected list and lunar
meteorite collector, whose birthday was last week,
[happy belated birhtday Norbert Classen] we got on the
subject of birthday meteorites. He gave me a headsup
on one of the 3 falls that happened on my birthday of
June 2, listed on Sergey Vasiliev`s website. I
contacted him and now have a fine small specimen on
the way of Buschof L6 that fell June 2, 1863 in
Latvia. Now all I need are specimens of
Meester-Cornelis an H5 that fell in 1915 in Indonesia
and Utrecht an L6 that fell in 1843 in the
Netherlands. Can any list members know of anywhere
that I can get specimens of these two falls that I can
purchase? Thanks in advance and good luck in finding
your birhtday meteorites if you take on that
challenge.
