Another thing that I have always wished for is some type of standardization in the "title" field.
I first mentioned this back before there was a separate Ebay category for meteorites, and we were just lumped into the MINERALS section. You had to specifically search for the word "meteorite" to see what was available. I realize that we could never standardize the "great unwashed masses" that list meteorites, but my personal wish would be to see specimens from list members listed as follows: FIND/FALL NAME - TYPE - WEIGHT - WHOLE/SLICE/PARTSLICE/(other) I find it extremely annoying to see a location name that I'm interested in, only to click on it and see that it's a 0.000000438 gram speck. If it would have said that in the title, I needn't waste my time. Of course that may not benefit the seller, but if I'm not interested in it after looking closer, the end result was the same....no sale.
