Just a bit of FYI on the famous McDonald's coffee lawsuit. McD refused to negotiate with the lady that won that lawsuit, even early on, when her lawyer asked for little. Plus, this was around the time, you recall, that McD's changed their cup design to a less rigid cup, that flexes when you grab it.
