Steve, Absolutely! - know the source, but also - trust the source.
Personally I always advise 'Newbie's' to make sure a seller is a member of the 'IMCA' (since it's about the only safeguard most newcomers have, without knowing the market place very well). ... but it is amazing how many good reliable sellers there are, who are actually still NOT members of the IMCA, (their choice obviously, but it must loose them business!?).
