Sure. They can have a name and not be classified. Take a look at the Meteoritical Society's Provisional Meteorite Name page here:
 
 
It shows the two you mentioned as:
 
NWA 193   Erfoud 9/17/2000     198g 1   c.s., weathered, L chondrite
NWA 609   Tucson, Az 1/1/2001     104g 1   weathered, complete, H Chondrite
