It wasnt a big fireball ..... more of a thin line, but died out approx 20 Degrees from the surface of the earth.<<
When they look like they are falling vertically and end about 20 deg above the horizon, this indicates the meteor occurred very far away...At least the end point did...perhaps 150 miles away. As for the weight...I don't know.
