Didn't this man, for lack of a better term, insist that he would never bother us again? I'm a jerk and I know it. Somehow this makes me feel better about Matteo types. He just doesn't get it and NEVER will! I understand my own stupidity. All the best of us have to recognize our failings. This guy is making a profession of being a pain in the rear!
