the so-called "rogue" seller was not willing to honor the OK, but if that's true and if the "rogue" price was actually never collected (because the advertiser wouldn't follow through and honor it), that's not a questionable economic or marketing practice, that's just plain illegal. Again, it's not a PRICE unless it is willingly paid - if the seller didn't honor the price he himself advertised, it's bait-and-switch and he'll be out of business soon, either by buyers abandoning him or the Feds throwing him in jail.
