> Hi, There is also a photo: http://home.earthlink.net/~magellon/news1.html
It looks like a lava rock for an outdoor grill. best, ken Hello Ken and List, This is typical of how things get mixed up in the media. The "rock" shown in the pic refers to one of the first fragments (meteor-wrong, of course) that were picked up when the Neuschwanstein meteorite had fallen. The text does mention that it was discovered in a garden near Freising (Germany, Munich) but it adroitly links it to great-grand mother Pauline Aguss. Best wishes, Bernd ______________________________________________ Meteorite-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://six.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/meteorite-list
