Hi Bernhard and all, There was a Yahoo auction site that tried to offer competition to ebay and even had a place for meteorites (or at least some were listed under some category). It never did very well with few people bothering to check out items. Unless a site was generated and heavily advertised, I doubt it would ever be close to what ebay is. The standard has been set and I doubt any other auction area would fly very long.
