Every once and a while a weird Ebay auction becomes a movement. One of the
best was an auction for
a "ghost in a jar", where a wacko was trying to sell what was, apparently,
sincerely believed to be
a ghost in a jar. Word got out, bids went through the roof, and hundreds of
copycat auctions
happened. You can still read it about it on the web by Googling "ghost in a
jar".

Now it looks like we are in the age of a new classic, the "ghost of a father".
After seeing this
story on Yahoo about a woman auctioning off her father's ghost

http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20041204/ap_on_re_us/ghost_auction

I checked Ebay and found many other auctions already. Expect much
entertainment to ensue. :-)

Do an Ebay search for "ghost father" and "ghost cane".

So, can't someone include a few alien ghosts with their auctions? Couldn't
bump the shipping costs
up TOO much.
