Beda, except that it has numerous fine metal grains throughout. Something a terrestrial would not have.

Maybe this is nasty, but to me Mike's Oman rock looks like a terrestrial fine-grained sedimentary conglomerate. Rocks of this type are not uncommon in the Oman desert.
