Oman museum to display meteorite rocks Khaleej Times 16 June 2005 MUSCAT - A collection of rare meteorite stones found during geological surveys carried out by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry have been handed over to Sayyid Abdul Hameed bin Yarub Al Busaidi, Under-Secretary for Heritage Affairs at the Ministry of Heritage and Culture by Ahmed bin Hassan Al Dheeb, Under-Secretary for Commerce and Industry. The meteorite rocks dating back to millions of years would be exhibited at the Natural History Museum.
